Do you offer commission pieces?

At this time, I do not offer commission work. It’s always an honor to be the Artist of your choice to carry out your vision.

When should I expect a response to my email?

If you sent an email to artbyjahbu@hotmail.com, please allow at least 24 hours for a response.

Can I change my address?

I cannot make address changes for orders once production has begun. If you need to change your address, contact artbyjahbu@hotmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is in production, it cannot be canceled.

When should I expect my order?

Canvases, posters, and t-shirts are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced specifically for your order. Fulfillment usually takes 7–10 days, after which your order is shipped. Shipping within the USA is estimated at 7–10 business days.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or lost in transit?

  • Submit claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If the issue is my error, I will cover the cost and provide a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns & Buyer’s Remorse:

  • Custom, made-to-order items cannot be returned for personal preference reasons. Returns are only accepted for quality or fulfillment issues.

  • Unsealed or opened items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., t-shirts) are not eligible for return.

  • If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

How to return an item:

  • Contact me at artbyjahbu@hotmail.com before returning anything.

  • I will provide return instructions once your return is approved. Unapproved returns may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
