Orders are created once a order has been placed. Due to using a "print on demand" printing service exchanges CAN NOT be made.
Cancellations MUST be within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order ships it CAN NOT BE CANCELED.
For returns due to shipping damages or defects contact me within 7 days of delivery. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense. I take great care to make sure items arrive in perfect condition. If you receive your order in less-than-perfect condition please contact us as soon as you receive it so I can make arrangements for a replacement. Buyer to pay return shipping fees. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, please contact me directly. I want you to truly enjoy your item and will do whatever I can to resolve any issues. If the error is on MY end, you will get a complete refund or replacement; whichever you choose. Please contact me if you have any problems or questions with your order.
