Due to using a "print on-demand" third party fulfillment service exchanges CAN NOT be made. Cancellations MUST be within 24 hours of purchase. For returns due to shipping damages or defects contact me within 7 days of delivery. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense. I take great care to make sure items arrive in perfect condition. If you receive your order in less-than-perfect condition please contact us as soon as you receive it so I can make arrangements for a replacement. Buyer to pay return shipping fees.
